Mississippi Delta Christian Home Educators (also known as MDCHE) is a group of Christian home school families that live in the Mississippi Delta Region. Our home school families may live in the following counties:
•Yazoo County (primary)
•Humphreys County
•Sharkey County
•Issaquena County
•Holmes County
•Sunflower County
•Washington County
•and also parts of Madison County and Warren County

HOMESCHOOL INFORMATION FAIR
July 20, 2018
July 20th at 10 o’clock we will be sponsoring a Home School Information Fair at the Triangle Cultural Center in Yazoo City, MS. This will be opened to the general public and our group. Get2College, Sylvan Learning Center, MS Home Educators Association, Classical Conversations, Baptist Student Union of MS Delta Community College and DSU, and a used school book sale company are planned to be at this event. Yazoo County 4-H, Hinds Community College, and Holmes Community College have all agreed to either send info or a representative, so you will have opportunities to view their information, as well. We will have sample copies of registration forms for Yazoo County, Yazoo City, and Sharkey County. We will also have info of who the truancy officer is in each location and whether the forms have to be mailed in or must be submitted in person. We will have a table also. All of the organizations will be there to answer questions on college prep, testing for all grades, what the laws are for home school, and much more!
